A bittersweet end to the current project, it was very challenging to meet the deadline, but all the preparation; planning, and rehearsals paid off. The Cutover Weekend was extremely smooth, and kudos goes to our Greek colleagues who work diligently right up to this point, and then transitioned to the new owners of HSBC’s Greek Business, Pancreta Bank. Some demise activities required and will be working closely with the tail team to ensure all regulatory requirements have been satisfied.
