Their commitment and dedication during a difficult transitional period for them was exemplary.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HSBC Armenia has been transferred to Ardshinbank CJSC, which completed the acquisition of 100% of HSBC Armenia&#8217;s shares. The bank was officially renamed Ardshininvestbank CJSC on November 29, 2024, after a successful integration process that took about ten months.
